Frequently Asked Questions About Evesham Bus Rentals
Eveshamcharterbuscompany.com helps you compare buses rental options; it is not a transportation company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
Eveshamcharterbuscompany.com is an advertising and quote comparison website that makes it easy to find, compare, and book charter buses, minibuses, party buses, sprinter vans, and school buses serving Evesham, New Jersey. Eveshamcharterbuscompany.com is not a local bus company or motor carrier — it's a website that connects you to a large network of independently owned transportation companies, so you can compare more options and more prices than any single operator offers. You fill out one form, see your options, and book the bus that works for your group — all without creating an account.
Evesham Township (Marlton) is approximately 15–18 miles east of Center City Philadelphia and Philadelphia International Airport. Off-peak, the drive via I-295 or Route 70 takes about 20–30 minutes. During the morning rush (7–9 AM westbound) or evening rush (4–7 PM westbound), expect 40–60 minutes or more — especially approaching the Ben Franklin or Walt Whitman Bridge.
A charter bus handles the drive while your group relaxes, and everyone arrives together instead of in a scattered caravan of cars.
For Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, or Flyers games, the right bus depends on your group size and what you want on the ride over. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus works well for smaller fan groups and is easy to maneuver. A 40- to 56-passenger charter bus handles larger groups with plenty of room for gear and tailgate supplies.
If you want the pregame celebration to start on the bus, a party bus with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound is the move. All three South Philly venues — Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and Xfinity Mobile Arena — share the same Pattison Avenue bus access corridor, so drop-off and pickup are straightforward.
Absolutely! Shore trips are one of the most popular summer uses for charter bus rentals from Evesham. Long Beach Island, Ocean City, Wildwood, and Asbury Park are all within 60–90 minutes east via Route 70 and the Garden State Parkway.
A charter bus or minibus keeps your whole group together, eliminates the parking scramble at the shore, and means nobody has to stay sober to drive home. Compare available vehicles and pricing for your shore trip date using the online quote tool, or call 856-317-8220 to get a custom quote!
The network includes vehicles for groups of every size. Sprinter vans seat up to 14 passengers and work well for small groups or executive transfers. Minibuses seat 15 to 35 passengers and are great for mid-size groups, field trips, and corporate shuttles.
Party buses seat 15 to 50 passengers and come with premium amenities like LED lighting, a built-in bar, and perimeter seating. Full-size charter buses seat up to 56 passengers and include reclining seats, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and large undercarriage luggage bays. Enter your headcount in the quote tool to see which options fit your group!
Yes, ADA-accessible buses with wheelchair lifts, wider aisles, and accessible restrooms are available through the network. When you fill out your quote request or call 856-317-8220, simply mention that you need an accessible vehicle and the team will match you with options that meet your group's needs. It's always best to mention accessibility requirements upfront so the right vehicle is confirmed for your trip.
Prom season (late April through late May) is the single busiest stretch of the year for bus rentals from Evesham and Burlington County — Cherokee High School and other area schools all hold prom in the same narrow window, and popular party buses and minibuses book out months in advance. Philadelphia Eagles home games (September through January) also drive heavy demand from South Jersey suburbs. Summer shore trips in June, July, and August fill up quickly on peak weekends.
For any of these dates, booking three to six months out is strongly recommended.
For most trips, booking three to six months in advance gives you the best selection of vehicles and the most competitive pricing. For prom (late April–May), Eagles home games, and peak summer shore weekends, six months or more is the safer window — waiting until the last minute on those dates means higher rates and limited availability. For corporate shuttles, airport transfers, and off-peak events, two to four weeks of lead time is often workable, but the earlier you book, the better your options.
Call 856-317-8220 right now to lock in your date!
